The main varieties are Sciaccarellu and Vermentinu. The first produces the red and rosé wine and the second gives the white vine. These two varieties must make up 60% to 80% of the grapes used. Other varieties such as Minustellu, Bianco gentile, Carcajolu and some others are added to bring out complexity.

provides essential information to the customer. It warranties: a given geographical area, a maximum production of 4500 litres per hectare, a planting density of 4000 vines per hectare
