A hight quality production on a wild territory

I first set up my beekeeping farm in 2009 says Romain Salasca. Today I manage 350 transhumant hives and my average annual honey production is around 5000kgs. My ambition is to produce a high quality honey from a wild and privileged territory. This goal is in line with my marketing policy which targets not only the local market but also some international buoyant sectors such as gastronomy, delicatessen and high-end hotels.
